Application: Builds noticeable color with the first stroke. Two and more and the shade turns into a deep sensual red. Its great to wear at parties and weddings.

Result: Of all the reds in the color statement lipsticks, I found this one the best for my medium toned oily skin. I wouldn't say it's not for fair toned ladies, but a medium tone will definitely rock this shade far more. The finish is matte which helps it stay on the lips for a long time but if you have naturally dry lips, like I do, then I'd suggest wearing chap stick underneath as it sucks out hydration from the lips after some time of wear. As much as I hate wearing chap stick under a matte lipstick, I sometimes, have no choice as it dries and enhances fine lines. There's more! You need to be careful before you take a sip as it stains badly, if used over chap stick. For those who are into bold lips and makeup will love this color.

Staying Power: 3-4 hours.

Conclusion: Although it's a beautiful color but it is still not good enough to hold me back and not look for more red lipsticks. Recommended? Every girl should have at least one.
