The Milani eye shadow primer in Nude is a cream formulated, slightly transparent primer which not only helps eye shadows stay on longer but also intensifies pigmentation, as you can see in the picture above. Apply it using your fingers all over the eye and up towards the brow bone. For those who want to use it everyday will need a new one soon as the 9 ml tube runs out quickly. Avoid it if you have oily lids.

Conclusion: Overall, it's a good product but for bolder looks I believe a colored eye shadow base does a better job. Recommended? Yes.

DeleteIam not really a fan of small quantity things until they are for free.haha.This one seems a good one but i'll choose luscious primer over it and love your swatches and small pragraph reviews :) keep it up :)
